_________________________________ The design process is often split into two phases: Concept Design and Detailed Design. The Concept Design phase will include a detailed scope of work, suggested work plan to achieve design, initial conceptual sketches, mood/atmosphere boards and examples of finishes, fittings and furnishings. This will give you a sense for the completed look and feel of the space. In the Detailed Design phase, technical plans, elevations and 3D renderings will be prepared and can be shared with a contractor, carpenter or trades people involved in the execution of the project. Lighting plans and custom furniture design can be included, as required. Virginia is also available to work with contractors to oversee the build and installations, ensuring that the project is completed to the specified design.
